Vacation Rentals

Vacation Rentals are always in high demand. With the increasing spending power available to the average family, millions of vacationers are looking for nice Vacation Rentals for their holidays. This demand is only increasing year by year as more and more people spend extra money on their vacation plans.

Vacation Rentals come in all shapes, sizes and price ranges. You can get a bare-bones motel for $50 a day in some run-down rust-belt town, or you can get a luxury villa for thousands of dollars a week on the sea. The choices of a Vacation Rental are truly unlimited, and if you’re lucky you can get one to suit your budget, choice of location, and time of the year.

Timeshares are often used as Vacation Rentals, since they have all the attributes of a Vacation Rental. The problem with Timeshares is their inflexibility and their high price. The Timeshare owner is restricted to the same location every year, where he must fit in his one or two week slot whenever the other owners don’t want to go. There is very little flexibility or peak season choice, and the only way to get a different location is to try to trade with another bored Timeshare owner.

Timeshares and Vacation Rentals also differ greatly in price. A Vacation Rental comes in all price ranges while a Timeshare comes in only one - expensive! There is a massive upfront cost to buy the Timeshare plan, perhaps $15,000 to $25,000. Then there are the yearly maintenance and admin fees tacked on forever. This can easily double the cost of a Timeshare over a number of years, even if you don’t use your Timeshare every year.

There is now another Vacation Rental option. Global Resorts Network is a 20 year old company that has been selling Vacation Rentals packages for a long time. They have something like 5,000 luxury resorts to choose from now. A lifetime membership is only $3,000, while a 3 year membership is $1,500. Contrast this with the $15 - $25,000 Timeshare cost. Peak vacation times are easy to book because of the large selection of properties, and costs are as low as $298/week (total), even for large groups.

Vacation Rental choices are now much easier to make with the Global Resorts Network option available. The upfront cost can be recovered in as little as a year or two. If you take multiple vacations, your investment will be recovered in your first year alone. Over the course of 10 or 15 years the savings will be in the tens of thousands of dollars, and all this time you have the choice of 5,000 luxury resorts for your vacations.
